The hotel is newly renovated, taking inspiration from 60s and 70s design, keeping its authentic charm. Every effort has been made to minimise the impact on the environment, with an eco-responsible approach to luxury and the implementation of measures to reduce the carbon footprint, such as using vintage and recycled furniture, and local food sourcing, etc.

The Milky Way restaurant offers a diverse breakfast buffet in the morning. For lunch you can taste the daily specials prepared by our chef. In the afternoon, the tea room serves hotel guests and visitors hot and cold drinks. Foodies can feast on homemade pastries, waffles or pancakes. At the end of the day, enjoy cocktails and aperitif boards with top-quality local products – perfect to kick off the evening and continue it with a meal by the fire. The Grand Tourmalet ski resort, a combination of the La Mongie and Barèges resorts, is the largest skiing area in the French Pyrenees. As you exit the hotel, you’re close to over 100 km of slopes, one of the most beautiful freeride descents in the world (the Pic du Midi), and one of the largest playgrounds for skiing and snowboarding. You are guaranteed to never be bored!
